Experience Matters, But Relationships Matter More
People deserve knowledgeable guidance and genuine care when they are buying a home, selling a home, or investing in real estate. Whether we’re touring acreage on ATVs, discussing renovation numbers around a kitchen table, or negotiating a real estate contract, you’ll get the same person every time—straightforward, resourceful, hands-on, and committed to doing the job well.

A Country Woman at Heart
I’m a sixth-generation Oregonian, a direct descendant of Elbridge Trask, an Oregon Realtor®, and a country woman at heart. I grew up farming and ranching, with huge family gardens and plenty of good old-fashioned hard work. That upbringing taught me a lot about taking care of what you have, treating people fairly, and finding practical solutions when something needs doing. Those lessons still guide me today.
35+ Years of Proven Business & Negotiation Experience
My professional background spans more than 35 years in sales, and I’ve worn many a hat along the way—real estate broker, health and life insurance broker, outside sales professional, hospitality executive, and marketing professional. I’ve managed teams, built businesses, negotiated contracts, worked closely with contractors and vendors, and spent a good portion of my career helping people make important financial and life decisions. Today, I bring all of that experience together to help you make smart moves.
Guidance Rooted in Patience, Respect, and Care
Sometimes moving represents an exciting new beginning. Other times it means downsizing, selling a longtime family home, settling an estate, relocating, managing an inherited property, preparing a parent’s home for sale, or simply realizing that life has changed and it’s time to move. Whatever the season or reason, I am here to support you 100% of the way; from estate sales to clean ups, renovations to staging, to that all-important photo shoot and setting the price—I’m your gal.
I have a special appreciation for mature homeowners and seniors who are considering downsizing or transitioning from a longtime home. These decisions deserve patience, clear information, respect, and zero pressure. My job is to bring calm, knowledge, and practical guidance to the table, supporting my clients the same way I would support my own family members and close friends.
